RETURNS

WE OFFER A 90-NIGHT GUARANTEE ON ALL ORGANIX BED MATTRESSES.

All accessories, such as bedding, furniture, pillows, box springs, and bases, are non-returnable and non-refundable. This is an industry-wide standard since they are sleep products.

If any sleep product is cut/slit during unpacking, the 90-night guarantee and warranty will be void, meaning it won't be eligible for return.

Acclimation Period: We ask that you take at least 30 nights to allow your body to adjust to the proper sleep posture these mattresses provide. If you decide to return your new mattress at any point before the required 30-day acclimation period, you will be responsible for the return shipping.

Return & Refund Process: Returns are accepted no earlier than 30 days (unless you cover the shipping cost back to us) and no later than 90 days after the purchase. There are no restocking fees, and we will pay the shipping cost back to us. If your shipping were free at purchase, that would be taken out of your refund as we only cover shipping one way (for more information, please read the promotions section of this policy below). If you decide to return, please click the 'Start a return' below and fill out the required information to start the process. You can change the sleep surface with something softer or firmer at no cost to you. We reserve the right to postpone a return for up to 30 days to see if we can solve the problem. If you still aren't happy after we have exhausted our options, we will provide you with the information you need to proceed with the return. We will then send you packaging materials (if needed) and request that the freight company in your area contact you to schedule the pickup. The freight company will complete the pickup and ship it back to us. This process takes 2-5 weeks, depending on where it comes from. Once we receive the mattress, we will inspect it for any stains, rips, tears, and odors.  We strongly encourage you to open it with a letter opener to safely unwrap it. If the mattress is found to be in like-new condition, we will then start the refund process and issue you a physical check. It will be mailed to the address we have on file. Please allow up to 30 business days from when the mattress arrives at our location to receive the check. The entire process of a return takes approximately 4 to 7 weeks. Mattresses: You must purchase a mattress protector and use it on your new mattress during the trial period to be eligible for return. Government regulations require that personal products such as mattresses must be protected if the product is to be returned. A returned mattress cannot be resold as “new” and must be inspected. Your mattress must be returned in the packing materials provided by Organix Bed and must be free from stains, tears, and odor (including cigarette smoke). If a mattress is returned to us with damage caused by the purchaser, we will ship the mattress back to the purchaser at their cost, or we will discard it without any refund at the purchaser's discretion. We suggest taking photos of the mattress the day of the pickup before it is picked up to protect you in case the mattress is damaged during transit.*Due to government regulations that require that personal products be fully protected/covered to be resold, accessories purchased such as adjustable bases, box springs, bed frames, mattress protectors, pillows, sheets, blankets, and any other product labeled as "accessories" are not eligible to be returned or exchanged. Shipping charges, delivery charges, and service charges are not eligible for a refund. Custom-made products, demo products, or "floor-model" products usually sold at a discount are also not eligible to be returned.

Topper: If you received a topper for a previously purchased Organix Bed mattress, it must follow the same guidelines as the mattress return above since it needs to be kept on the mattress for the return.

Promotions: If you receive promotional items or discounts, such as accessories or shipping, and you return the mattress, the normal cost of those promotional items is removed from the mattress refund. Please see the original sales order sent to you for the invoiced price of your mattress and see the accessory and shipping items on this website, then deduct the cost of accessories and shipping from the price of your mattress minus the promotional percentage you received during your purchase. Doing this will give you an estimated refund amount. For questions regarding returns, email us at support@organixbed.com.

Canada, Alaska and Hawaii: will be responsible for return shipping, customs fees, and taxes. Customers outside the Continental US will not be eligible for returns or warranties. The sale would be final.

Intellibed® (Purple®) Mattresses: We can no longer accept returns for Intellibed® mattresses as Purple® acquired Intellibed®. Please reach out to Purple Innovation, LLC, for return information. We are sorry for the inconvenience. If your mattress has an Intellibed logo or tag, this applies to you.

    EXCHANGES

    Acclimation Period: You have a 90-night guarantee, so take advantage of it! We ask that customers try the bed for at least 30 nights before considering an exchange. It is important to allow sufficient time for your body to adjust to the new sleep surface (sometimes more than 30 nights). In some cases, you will experience soreness or pain from a new mattress. This is normal, and it should go away over time as your body adjusts, so please give it time.

    Exchange Shipping: Shipping times for exchanges are consistent with shipping times for your initial purchase. The local freight company we assign to your order will bring your new mattress and remove the old one. The packaging materials from the new mattress will be used to ship your previous mattress back to us. Once we receive the mattress back, we will inspect it for any stains, rips, tears, or odors. If the mattress is found to be in like-new condition, we will process the exchange. If a refund is due, we will issue a refund check and mail it to the address we have on file. Please allow up to 30 business days from when the mattress arrives at their location to receive the check.

    Exchange Process: Once you have called and initiated an exchange, our customer service team will provide you with a case number. In the event of an exchange, we will cover the cost of shipping to get the current mattress back to us. You are responsible for paying for the shipping cost of your replacement mattress as well as the upgraded mattress cost (if applicable). Our address is Organix Bed - 3510 S. 300 W. Salt Lake City, UT 84115. Balances for upgrades or shipping charges are due at the time the exchange is requested. Once we process the exchange, you will receive an email to confirm the exchange. You must reply to that email and agree to the terms and policy. Exchanges are deemed final sale, and there will not be a second 90-night trial.
