Product Information
Organix Bed™ sells products from Organix Bed™, Malouf®, and other authorized brands. For questions about our products, contact us at support@organixbed.com.
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with inaccurate information due to typographical error, pricing discrepancy, or system glitch, Organix Bed™ reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product, even if the order has been confirmed and charged. If your payment has already been processed, we will issue a refund in accordance with our Refund Method (allow 3–4 weeks for processing).
Testimonials, Reviews & Submissions
Any feedback, comments, testimonials, or suggestions you submit (collectively, “Submissions”) become the exclusive property of Organix Bed™. By submitting such materials, you assign all intellectual property rights to Organix Bed™ and waive any moral rights you may hold in them. Submissions may be used, reproduced, published, and distributed in any format, medium, or location without compensation to you.
Do not submit proprietary or confidential information, creative product ideas, code, or original artwork you wish to protect or retain ownership of.

User Accounts
If you create an account on our website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Organix Bed™ reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our terms, policies, or for suspicious activity without notice.
Orders, Shipping, Returns & Refunds
By placing an order on OrganixBed.com or with an Organix Bed™ representative, you agree to our Shipping Policy, Returns & Exchanges Policy, and Warranty Terms.
Refund processing may take up to 3–4 weeks from the date of approval or inspection. Refunds may be issued either (a) by physical check mailed to the billing address on file or (b) to the original payment method, at Organix Bed’s discretion. Promotional or complimentary items received with a mattress purchase will have their full retail value deducted from any refund, as such items are non-returnable due to hygiene regulations. Unauthorized refusals or missed freight deliveries are subject to a $369 return freight fee and a 10% handling charge.
Trial Eligibility & Usage
The 90-night trial is limited to one mattress per household or shipping address. Mattresses used in commercial, rental, staging, or other non-residential settings are not eligible for trial, return, or exchange. Products must remain free from odors, damage, or contamination to qualify for refund consideration.
Care, Installation & Improper Use
To preserve eligibility for the trial and warranty, mattresses must be used on a compatible, supportive foundation or adjustable base and kept in sanitary condition. Damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, unsanitary conditions, or failure to follow care instructions may void trial and warranty coverage.
Color, Finish & Size Variance
Minor differences in color, fabric texture, stitch lines, foam feel, and other natural material characteristics are normal and may vary between production runs and display photography. Size tolerances are also normal; finished dimensions may vary (including height) due to material variance and compression/expansion, and a variance of approximately up to 1 inch is considered within specification.
Medical & Suitability Disclaimer
Our products are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition. Comfort is subjective and results may vary. Consult a qualified professional for medical concerns, persistent pain, or sleep disorders.
Certifications & Claims Accuracy
Certification references (e.g., GOTS, GOLS, GREENGUARD) may relate to specific components, facilities, or production steps and can vary by batch. Certificates or attestations are available upon request. While we endeavor to keep information current, specifications and certifications may change without notice.
Pricing, Promotions & Coupon Rules
Unless expressly stated, promotional offers, coupons, and discounts cannot be stacked. Exclusions may apply to clearance, floor models, final sale, or custom items. Mispriced or erroneous promotional listings may be canceled and refunded pursuant to these Terms.
Fraud Screening & Identity Verification
Orders may be held, modified, or canceled pending fraud screening or identity verification. We may request additional information (e.g., ID, billing confirmation). Refusal to cooperate may result in cancellation and refund pursuant to our Refund Method.
Pre-Orders & Backorders
Estimated ship dates for pre-orders or backorders are estimates and may change. Orders may be partially fulfilled as items become available. Payment authorizations may be captured at shipment or as disclosed at checkout.
Title, Risk of Loss & Signature
Title transfers when goods are tendered to the carrier. Risk of loss transfers upon delivery to the shipping address provided. For orders of $1,500 or more, an adult signature may be required; failure to provide a signature may result in redelivery, storage, or return fees.
Electronic Communications & E-Signature Consent
By using our site and services, you consent to receive agreements, notices, receipts, and other communications electronically. You agree that electronic signatures and records have the same force and effect as handwritten signatures and paper records.

Chargebacks & Disputes
Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback will pause any return/refund processing until resolved. Filing a dispute in parallel with an active return may delay or void eligibility for a refund.
Tax-Exempt & Resale Orders
Tax-exempt or resale purchases require submission of a valid exemption certificate prior to purchase. We do not issue retroactive tax refunds for orders placed without an approved certificate on file.
International Use, Export & Sanctions Compliance
