Online Orders: If you can make a purchase through our website, we welcome you to do so. We continually update the site to ensure your experience is secure and efficient. You will receive a receipt via email that includes order details, estimated shipping, and occasionally downloadable resources.

For large items like mattresses, box springs, or bases, we may call you to confirm the order. These items are shipped via Metropolitan Warehouse & Delivery, UPS, or FedEx. Accessories (pillows, blankets, etc.) ship via FedEx, UPS, or USPS. We reserve the right to choose the carrier to ensure optimal delivery speed and service.

Payment Options

Credit/Debit Cards: Processed securely via Shopify Payments. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Diners, American Express, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Affirm (Financing): Finance your purchase via Affirm. Apply through product pages, cart, or checkout. For Affirm support, visit helpcenter.affirm.com/us/s/contact-us or call (855) 423-3729. See Affirm’s full payment terms and disclosures: affirm.com/disclosures.

PayPal: Use your PayPal wallet or connected card (includes PayPal Pay Later, Visa, MC, Amex, Discover). Learn about PayPal Purchase Protection.

Accepted Currency: U.S. Dollars (USD) only.

PO Boxes & APO: We do not currently ship to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. Please provide a valid street address at checkout.

Order Confirmation & Status Updates

After checkout, you will receive an order confirmation email. When your items ship, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking. For freight deliveries, the carrier will contact you directly to schedule a delivery window. If you do not receive an order confirmation within 24 hours, please email support@organixbed.com with your name and order number.

Order Changes & Deadlines

All order changes (address corrections, delivery upgrades, cancellations) must be requested within 24 hours of order placement or before shipment processing begins. Once freight has been scheduled or shipped, changes may no longer be possible or may require carrier rerouting fees.

Refunds & Processing

Refund processing may take up to 3–4 weeks from the applicable trigger date (e.g., order cancellation approval or a return passing inspection). We reserve the right to issue refunds either (a) by physical check mailed to the billing address on file or (b) to the original credit/debit card used for purchase, at our discretion. Address verification may be required before a check is issued.

If a refund follows a return, see our Returns & Exchanges policy for possible deductions (e.g., $369 originating shipping if you received free outbound shipping, carrier accessorials or reattempt fees, and the full retail value of any promotional accessories included with your order—accessories are non-returnable, even if unopened).


SHIPPING

Shipment Expectations

Your order may ship in multiple packages or from separate warehouses. Accessories or smaller items may arrive before mattresses or furniture. You will receive separate tracking emails for each shipment.

Delivery Timelines

Mattresses: Ship via freight and typically arrive within 2–5 weeks. If your order includes furniture or adjustable bases, expect an additional 1–2 week delay.

Accessories: Items like pillows, sheets, and mattress protectors ship via ground services (FedEx, UPS, or USPS) and typically arrive within 5–14 days.

Furniture & Bases: Shipped by freight or with your mattress. You may select Full-Service (White Glove) Delivery during checkout for an additional $259, which includes in-home setup and packaging removal.

Standalone Box Springs & Bunk Boards

If a box spring or bunk board is purchased by itself (i.e., we are not already shipping a mattress to the same address to combine the shipment), the following flat shipping charges apply regardless of size:

  • Box Spring: $369 (any size)
  • Bunk Board: $199 (any size)

These rates apply per item type when shipped without a mattress. Standard delivery timelines and carrier scheduling policies still apply.

White Glove Delivery

Includes delivery scheduling, in-home setup (if applicable), and packaging disposal. Standard delivery hours are Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM. For Saturday or after-hours deliveries, contact us in advance for a quote.

If you live in an apartment, high-rise, or home with stairs and no elevator, please let us know at the time of order. Additional charges may apply for multi-floor or difficult-to-access locations.

Freight Appointments

Our freight partners will contact you directly to schedule your delivery window. Missed appointments may incur rescheduling or storage fees. If you have specific availability or require special accommodations, please notify us before your order ships.

Access Requirements & Surcharges

Freight carriers require standard truck access. Locations with restricted access (e.g., narrow or unpaved roads, steep driveways, stairs-only access, or gated communities without prior authorization) must be disclosed before scheduling. Failure to disclose may delay delivery or incur accessorial charges. Any carrier-billed accessorials may be collected prior to delivery or deducted from an eligible refund per our Returns policy.

Failed Delivery, Storage & Re-Delivery

If a delivery attempt fails due to customer unavailability or inaccessibility, carriers may charge storage, re-delivery, or return fees. For returns or exchanges requiring pickup, if the product is not ready or the carrier cannot safely access the location at the scheduled time, reattempt or storage fees may be deducted from your refund.

Signature Requirement

For orders of $1,500 or more, an adult signature may be required upon delivery. If no one is available to sign, the carrier may reschedule delivery or hold the package. Unclaimed deliveries may result in storage or return fees.

Weather & Unforeseen Delays

Shipping delays caused by weather, holidays, carrier disruptions, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control. While we work hard to ship promptly, Organix Bed™ is not responsible for delays once an order leaves our warehouse. We will assist in tracking and resolving issues where possible.

Service Area

We ship to all 50 U.S. states and most of Canada. Additional charges apply for deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada. Standard ground shipping to the Lower 48 is $169. White Glove Delivery is an additional $259. Contact us for Canadian shipping quotes.

Promotional free shipping applies to qualifying mattress purchases delivered within the contiguous U.S. Standalone accessory shipments and remote or difficult-to-access locations may incur additional fees.

Damaged Shipments (MUST READ)

DO NOT ACCEPT DELIVERY OF A DAMAGED ITEM. If your product arrives with visible damage, you must refuse delivery at the door. Politely inform the delivery driver and contact us immediately at (866) 647-5513 or support@organixbed.com.

IMPORTANT: If you accept a damaged delivery, Organix Bed™ is not responsible for replacement, return shipping, or repairs. Once accepted, we can no longer file a claim with the shipping provider on your behalf. To protect your warranty and 90-night trial, concealed damage must be reported within 48 hours of the carrier’s published delivery time with clear photos. Retain all original packaging until the issue is resolved.

Canceling a Shipment in Transit

Once shipped, mattresses cannot be canceled. Accessories and made-to-order items are final sale once they leave our warehouse. If a mattress is refused upon delivery and is not damaged, the refusal is treated as an unauthorized return and will incur a $369 return freight fee plus a 10% handling charge. If your order included promotional accessories, their full retail value will also be deducted from your refund because accessories are non-returnable—even if unopened. Documentation Requirement

For any damage claims or delivery disputes, you must retain original packaging and provide clear photos within 48 hours of delivery. This documentation is required for replacement or claim review.

Receiving Checklist

  • Inspect all packages before signing
  • Photograph damage before accepting delivery
  • Refuse visibly damaged items
  • Retain all packaging in case of return
