RETURNS

We offer a 90-night guarantee on all Organix Bed™ mattresses.

Note: All shipping, return, and refund timelines are approximate and may vary depending on location, freight availability, and other logistical factors. Your patience is appreciated.

Non-Returnable Items

Accessories such as pillows, sheets, furniture, mattress protectors, adjustable bases, box springs, and foundations are final sale and not eligible for return or refund. Opened but unused accessories are also considered final sale due to hygiene regulations. This is standard across the sleep industry.

Holiday Purchases

For orders placed between November 15 and December 31, we extend the return window to 100 nights to accommodate seasonal gifting and shipping delays. All other return terms still apply.

Acclimation Period

A 90-day trial period applies to all mattress purchases. Within this 90-day trial, a minimum of 30 nights slept on the mattress is required before a return can be initiated, allowing adequate time for your body to adjust.

If a return is requested before completing 30 nights slept, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs (return and initial).

If the mattress remains in its original packaging and is not fully unwrapped, preventing it from flexing and conforming to your body, those nights do not count toward the 30-night requirement. In this case, the customer must still complete 30 nights slept within the original 90-day trial window.

For example, if a mattress is kept in its packaging for an extended period, there may not be sufficient time remaining within the 90-day trial to complete the required 30 nights slept, which may make the mattress ineligible for return.

Order Cancellation

Accessory orders that have not shipped may be canceled for a full refund. Mattress orders may be canceled within 3 business days of purchase without incurring the 10% restocking fee, as each mattress is made to order. To request a cancellation, please contact us at support@organixbed.com with your order details. All refunds for canceled orders will follow our Refund Method policy. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled; however, mattress orders may still be returned in accordance with the terms outlined in this policy.

Backorders

If an item you purchased is backordered, we will notify you by email. You have 15 days from the notification date to cancel. If we do not receive a response within 15 days, your order will be processed and cannot be canceled. The item will ship once it becomes available.

One Trial Per Household

The 90-night trial and associated return/exchange benefits are limited to one (1) mattress per household, shipping address, or customer name. Additional mattresses purchased to the same household are final sale.

Condition Standards

Returned mattresses must be free of odors (including smoke), pet hair, stains, rips/tears, biological contaminants, or water damage. Products failing these standards will be rejected after inspection (see Return Inspection & Deep Assessment).

Return & Refund Process

Organix Bed mattress returns are accepted between 30 and 90 days after delivery. If you received free outbound shipping, a $369 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. All timelines below are estimates and may vary.

1. Return Request Submitted
After you submit a return request, please allow 5-7 business days for our team to review and respond. We will email instructions, verify your information, and confirm the pickup address. Pickup cannot be scheduled until you reply to this email.

2. Pickup Scheduling
Once we receive your confirmation, we submit the pickup request to our freight/delivery partner. They will contact you directly by phone or email to schedule the pickup window. Appointment availability varies by region and carrier route.

3. Mattress Bag Provided
We will ship a heavy-duty zipper mattress bag (tarp-like with handles) to your home via Amazon. Please keep the bag indoors until pickup. You must provide the bag to the driver and ensure the mattress is bagged inside your home to prevent dirt or contamination.

4. Mattress Pickup / Transit Time
On the scheduled pickup day, the carrier will bag, handle, and load the mattress. You must be present, and the mattress must be accessible. Missed pickups, product not being ready, or inaccessible locations may result in carrier fees that can be deducted from your refund. After pickup, transit times vary based on location and carrier routes, and typically range from 3-5 weeks

5. Mattress Inspection
Once we receive the mattress, we perform a full inspection to confirm it meets our Condition Standards, including a deep internal assessment (see Return Inspection & Deep Assessment). This process typically takes 1-2 weeks.

6. Refund Issuance
After the mattress passes inspection, we issue your refund in accordance with our Refund Method policy. Refunds are typically issued within 5-7 business days after inspection approval. Your bank or lender may require additional time to post the funds to your account.

Estimated total return timeline: Approximately 6-8 weeks from the date you confirm our return email, depending on freight timing and inspection.

  • No restocking fee is charged on standard returns.

Photo and Video Requirement

Before we can approve a return, customers must submit clear photos of the mattress showing all sides. If requested, a video walk-around may also be required. This helps confirm that the mattress meets our Condition Standards before freight pickup is scheduled.

Missed Pickup & Reattempt Fees

If a scheduled freight pickup is missed due to the customer being unavailable, the product not being ready, or no safe access for the carrier, reattempt or storage fees billed by the carrier may be deducted from the refund.

Access Limitations & Surcharges

Freight carriers require standard truck access. Locations with restricted access (e.g., narrow or unpaved roads, stairs-only access, gated communities without prior authorization) may incur accessorial charges or render the return ineligible. Any accessorial charges billed by the carrier may be deducted from the refund.

Commercial Use Exclusion

Mattresses used in commercial settings (including model homes, home staging, rentals, hotels/lodging, or other non-residential use) are not eligible for the 90-night trial, returns, or exchanges.

Return Inspection & Deep Assessment

Upon receiving a returned mattress, our team will remove the outer cover and inspect for issues not visible externally, including:

  • Deep or hidden stains
  • Signs of liquid damage or mold
  • Internal material damage or structural deformities
  • Odors, contamination, or biological hazards

If such issues are found, we will email photo documentation and reject the return. The customer will have the following options:

  • Pay return shipping and a 10% handling fee to have the mattress shipped back to them
  • Authorize disposal of the mattress at our facility (free of charge)

If no response is received within 30 calendar days of our email, the mattress will be disposed of. Returned products cannot remain in our warehouse beyond this period.

Shipping Damage Liability

IMPORTANT: DO NOT ACCEPT DELIVERY OF A DAMAGED SHIPMENT. If your product appears damaged upon arrival, you must refuse delivery and instruct the carrier to return it to us. Then contact us immediately at (866) 647-5513 or support@organixbed.com.

If a customer accepts delivery of a visibly damaged item, they assume full responsibility for the damage. In this case, we will not cover the replacement, repair, return, or shipping fees, and we will not be able to file a freight damage claim on your behalf. Damage claims can only be processed when the product is refused during delivery.

If concealed damage is discovered after delivery, you must notify us within 48 hours of the carrier’s published delivery time. To ensure proper documentation, please email clear photos of the damage to support@organixbed.com. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of your trial and warranty rights.

Refund Method

After your return has passed inspection, we typically issue refunds within 5–7 business days. Once we have issued your refund, your bank, card issuer, or lender may require additional time to post the funds to your account; timing varies by institution.

We reserve the right to issue refunds either (a) by physical check mailed to the billing address on file, or (b) to the original credit/debit card used for purchase, at our discretion. If a check is issued, we may require written confirmation of your billing address before the check is mailed.

Financing & Installments

If your order was placed using financing or installments (e.g., Shop Pay Installments or similar), refunds will post according to your lender’s policies. Interest or financing charges are not refunded by Organix Bed™. You are responsible for any payments due until your lender posts the refund.

Chargebacks & Disputes

If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated, return processing and any refund will pause until the dispute is resolved. Initiating a dispute while a return is in progress may delay or void your eligibility for a refund.

Promotional Items & Free Gifts

If your purchase included promotional items or free gifts (e.g., free shipping or accessories), the full retail value of those items will be deducted from your refund. Accessories are non-returnable and non-refundable—even if unopened—due to hygiene regulations. If you return your mattress, you cannot return free promotional accessories; you may keep them, but their value will be deducted from the mattress refund.

Donation Option (Reduced Refund)

If you prefer to donate your mattress locally instead of shipping it back, we offer a reduced-refund donation option. With prior written authorization from Organix Bed™, you may donate your mattress and receive a refund equal to 20% of your purchase price, less $369 (originating shipping if you received free outbound shipping) and less the full retail value of any promotional items you received. A valid, itemized donation receipt from a recognized organization is required within 14 days of authorization. This option replaces freight return and is final.

Late Returns

Returns requested after the 90-night trial window will not be accepted under any circumstance. Please reach out before the end of your trial if you are unsure about your product.

Price Matching Policy

We do not offer refunds for price differences after shipment. If you find a lower price elsewhere after your product has shipped, we will not match or refund the difference.

Topper Policy

Mattress toppers received as part of a promotion or purchase must be returned with the mattress and meet all applicable return guidelines.

International Orders

Canada, Alaska, and Hawaii: Customers are responsible for return shipping, customs fees, and taxes.
Other international orders: Sales are final. Returns and warranties are not available outside the U.S., Canada, Alaska, or Hawaii.

Intellibed® (Purple®) Returns

Unless express permission by an Organix Bed representative is given in writing, we can no longer accept returns for Intellibed® products. If your mattress has an Intellibed label, please contact Purple Innovation, LLC for return support.

Refused Deliveries

If you refuse delivery without prior written authorization from Organix Bed™, it will be treated as an unauthorized return and may be subject to a $369 return shipping fee and a 10% handling charge.

Clearance & Final Sale Items

Products labeled as “Clearance,” “Floor Model,” “Demo,” or “Final Sale” are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or warranties. These sales are final at the time of purchase.

Return Abuse & Policy Violations

Organix Bed™ reserves the right to deny future purchases, returns, or exchanges to customers who abuse our policies, including excessive returns, fraudulent activity, or noncompliance with trial terms. We monitor return patterns and retain the right to restrict service at our discretion.

Delivery Signatures

For orders of $800 or more, an adult signature is required upon delivery. If no one is available to sign, the carrier may reschedule delivery or hold the package. Unclaimed deliveries may result in storage or return fees.

Shipping Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us before your order ships. Once shipped, address changes may not be possible or may require rerouting fees imposed by the carrier.

EXCHANGES

Exchange Policy

Customers have one 90-night trial period per purchase. You must complete the 30 night acclimation period before initiating an exchange, as mild discomfort during the adjustment period is normal (see Acclimation Period above).

Exchanges are limited to one per original purchase. Replacement mattresses received as part of an exchange are considered final sale and do not include a new 90-night trial.

Exchange Shipping

Shipping timelines for exchanges are generally the same as your original delivery. If your original order had free shipping, you will pay $369 for one-way return freight of the original mattress. We will cover the shipment of your replacement mattress.

If your new mattress costs more than your original purchase, you will be charged the difference. Any applicable refunds follow our Refund Method policy (refund timing may vary by bank or lender).

Exchange Process

Email support@organixbed.com to initiate an exchange. Our team will:

  • Confirm your eligibility for an exchange within the 90-night trial
  • Provide your new order confirmation
  • Explain any price differences or shipping fees
  • Help coordinate pickup and delivery logistics

Note: Exchanges are final sale. No second 90-night trial will be provided on replacement mattresses.
