Product Care & Performance

The Sereniti, Tranquiliti, and Harmoni models are built to last up to 20 years under normal residential use. The Aria line is warrantied for 10 years. Coverage includes visible impressions greater than 1.5" not caused by an improper base. See our Warranty page for full terms.

Rotation isn’t required, but it helps materials wear evenly. Rotate 180° twice in the first 6 months, then once every 6 months. If you can’t rotate it, your warranty remains valid.

Minor firmness changes are normal as your body adjusts and comfort layers settle. Give the mattress at least 30 nights before deciding on an exchange or return.

Use a waterproof protector. For light cleaning, blot with mild soap and water—never soak. Avoid harsh chemicals. Steam cleaning is fine if done professionally or sparingly. Allow full drying before use.

We use a silica-based fire barrier with modacrylic fiber—completely non-toxic and compliant with all federal flammability standards.

Yes. A waterproof protector prevents stains, liquid damage, and allergens. It’s also required to maintain warranty coverage.

Use a rigid, supportive base. Slats should be at least 2" wide and spaced no more than 3" apart, with center support for queen and larger. Adjustable bases from Organix Bed are ideal.

Adjustable bases have free shipping to your door. Box spring shipping is $369 (any size). Bunk board shipping is $199 (any size). These are doorstep deliveries, not white-glove service. Full-Service Delivery (White-Glove) is available during checkout.

Setup, Shipping & Returns

If purchased with a mattress, both ship together via our large-item freight partner with coordinated delivery. If purchased separately, they ship to your door (no in-home setup).

Full-service delivery includes in-home setup and packaging removal. Old mattress removal is available only if purchased at checkout. Without a mattress, delivery is doorstep only.

No. Bases, box springs, and foundations are final sale and non-returnable.

Bedding Care & Warranty

Machine wash cold or warm with like items. Tumble dry low or line dry. Do not bleach, iron, or dry-clean.

Yes. Malouf bedding include a 5-year limited warranty, and their mattress protectors include a 15-year limited warranty. Email warranty@maloufhome.com for claims.

Organix Bed Pillows have a 5-year limited warranty. Email support@organixbed.com

Most accessories ship via FedEx or UPS and may arrive in multiple packages. You’ll receive tracking when each ships.

No. For hygiene reasons, pillows, sheets, and protectors are non-returnable. If you return a mattress from a promotion, the value of free accessories is deducted from your refund.

Yes, but all sales outside the U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada are final and not eligible for returns or warranty claims.

You’ll receive tracking from Organix Bed, and our partner will call to schedule a delivery window. The crew sets up your new mattress, removes packaging, and completes basic placement.

Do not accept visibly damaged freight. Refuse delivery and contact us immediately. Hidden damage must be reported within 48 hours of the carrier’s delivery time with photos. Accepting damaged freight voids claim eligibility.

Orders not yet shipped can be canceled for a full refund. Once shipped, they must follow the return process. Email support@organixbed.com with your order number.

Tracking emails are sent as soon as each item ships. For freight items, the carrier will also contact you to schedule delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

Trial, Return & Exchange Policies

Mattresses include a 90-night trial. A 30-night minimum trial is required. Returns are accepted between days 31–90. A $369 shipping deduction applies if outbound freight was free. Refunds take 3–4 weeks after inspection and may be issued via check or card. Accessories and bases are non-returnable.

Promotional items and free shipping are deducted at retail value. Accessories are non-returnable—even unopened. Mattresses are eligible for a 100% refund. A $369 shipping deduction applies if outbound freight was free. You may donate your mattress instead for a 30% refund, less $369 and the promotional value.

After a 30-night adjustment period, one exchange is allowed within 90 nights. You pay $369 for one-way freight, and we cover shipment of the replacement. Any upgrade balance is your responsibility. Exchanges are final sale.

Warranty

Coverage, Claims & Exclusions

Coverage includes visible impressions greater than 1.5" and manufacturing defects in materials or craftsmanship. It applies only to the original purchaser under normal residential use.

Stains, liquids, unsanitary conditions, misuse, cutting or puncturing during unpacking, improper foundations, missing law tags, commercial use, or failure to provide requested documentation can void coverage.

Email support@organixbed.com or call (866) 647-5513. Include proof of purchase, photos of the mattress and defect, the law tag, and your foundation setup. Claims are reviewed within 2–5 business days.

If accepted for inspection, a $369 shipping fee is collected. The total process—from receipt to replacement—takes 3–8 weeks. If a defect is confirmed, we refund the fee and deliver a replacement free via White Glove service.

No. Prices and promotions may change without notice. We do not issue refunds for post-purchase price differences.

f your purchase included free accessories or shipping, the retail value of those items is deducted from your refund. Promotional accessories cannot be returned.

Yes. During checkout, we offer Affirm financing, Shopify Shop Pay Installments, and PayPal Buy Now Pay Later at checkout. Financing must be done online through the checkout page. Financing isn't currently offered over the phone.

Care & Maintenance

Mattress Longevity & Protection

Use a protector, rotate periodically, keep it dry, and use proper foundation support. Avoid bending, dragging, or lifting the mattress by handles.

Yes, lightly and carefully. Professional steam cleaning is preferred. Never oversaturate or trap moisture.
