Customer supportIs Organix a certified organic mattress?
Organix mattresses use certified organic materials. Certifications apply to particular materials or products within their stated scope; an organic cotton cover does not mean every mattress component is organic. Our materials page explains what each label covers.
See the certificationsHow do I choose the right comfort level?
Consider your sleep position, pressure sensitivity, and how much contouring you enjoy. Compare all four mattresses or take the quiz for a personalized starting point. When your answers don’t point strongly to another model, Tranquiliti is our balanced starting recommendation.
Can I try the mattress at home?
Yes. The 90-night trial includes a minimum of 30 nights actually slept on the mattress before a standard return or exchange. Return conditions and freight deductions apply; an exchanged mattress receives no second trial.
Read the trial detailsHow will my mattress be delivered?
Mattress delivery typically takes 2–5 weeks. Standard service is to-door freight delivery; in-home setup is a separate option. Tell us about stairs, gated access, or other delivery constraints before shipment.
