Organix Bed™ Limited Warranty

J&J Products Co., DBA Organix Bed™ ("Company”) warrants that your Organix Bed™ mattress — including the Aria™, Harmoni™, Tranquiliti™, and Sereniti™ models ("Product") — is free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The warranty period is as follows:

  • Aria™: 10 years from the original purchase date
  • All other models: 20 years from the original purchase date

This Limited Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Proof of purchase is required.


Coverage

This warranty covers the following defects:

  • Visible indentations greater than 1.5" not caused by improper use or foundation
  • Manufacturing defects in materials or craftsmanship

If a defect arises during the warranty period, Organix Bed™ will, at its discretion, repair or replace the Product using the same or comparable materials. If identical materials are unavailable, we may substitute materials of equal or higher quality or issue a refund.

One-time Replacement: Each mattress is eligible for one warranty replacement only. A replaced mattress does not reset the warranty term. The original warranty period continues from the date of original purchase.

Important: If your mattress is cut, slit, or punctured during unpacking, the warranty is void.


What Is Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear or softening of the mattress
  • Comfort preference or changes in personal sleep needs
  • Stains, spills, or liquid damage
  • Burns, cuts, tears, peeling, or pet damage
  • Improper use (e.g., folding, bending, jumping on the mattress)
  • Use on an inadequate, damaged, or unsupported foundation
  • Damage incurred during transportation or moving
  • Products marked as clearance, “as-is,” or floor models

Any visible signs of damage, abuse, or misuse will void the warranty. This includes visible stains, evidence of improper base support, or missing tags.


Accessories & Third-Party Items

This Limited Warranty applies only to Organix Bed™ mattresses. Accessories — including pillows, sheets, protectors, furniture, adjustable bases, or box springs — are warranted by their respective manufacturers. Please refer to those brands for warranty terms.


Care & Use Requirements

  • Use an approved mattress protector to prevent stains (required for coverage)
  • Do not use conventional covers that affect pressure-relieving properties
  • Transport and store your mattress flat — not upright
  • Rotate monthly for the first 6 months, then every 6 months
  • Do not flip your Organix Bed™ mattress — it is single-sided

Proof of Use: During a claim, you may be asked to submit photos of your bed frame, slats, and mattress protector to confirm proper use. Failure to provide this information may void the warranty.


Foundation Requirements

To maintain warranty coverage, your mattress must be supported by a proper base:

  • Box spring or adjustable base from Organix Bed™ is preferred
  • Slatted platforms must have slats at least 2" wide and no more than 2" apart
  • Must include both horizontal and vertical center support for queen sizes and larger

Unsupported or improperly supported mattresses will not be covered under warranty.

Filing a Warranty Claim

To begin a warranty claim, please contact our team:

We will request the following:

  • Copy of your original receipt or proof of purchase
  • Photos of the mattress from top, bottom, sides, and the law label (white tag)
  • Photos of the defect (zoomed in and zoomed out)
  • Photo of the foundation or base system
  • Optional: A short video if the issue is visual (sagging, shifting, etc.)

We will review your claim within 2–5 business days. If approved, you will receive a replacement, repair, or credit — depending on availability and issue type.

If return shipping is required, you may be responsible for freight or pickup costs if the claim is denied after inspection. Our team will coordinate all shipping steps.


Limitation of Remedies

This Limited Warranty is your exclusive remedy. Organix Bed™ is not liable for incidental or consequential damages, even if we are notified of the possibility in advance. Some states do not allow such limitations, so these terms may not apply to you.

Any implied warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the duration of this Limited Warranty unless otherwise stated by law.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary by state.


Organix Bed™ reserves the right to update this warranty policy at any time. All updates apply retroactively unless otherwise stated.
