Organix Bed™ Limited Warranty

J&J Products Co., DBA Organix Bed™ (“Company”) warrants that your Organix Bed™ mattress — including Aria™, Harmoni™, Tranquiliti™, and Sereniti™ models (“Product”) — is free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use for the following periods from the original purchase date:

  • Aria™: 10 years
  • All other models: 20 years

This Limited Warranty applies only to the original purchaser, is non-transferable, and requires valid proof of purchase.


Coverage

This warranty covers the following defects under normal residential use:

  • Visible body impressions/indentations greater than 1.5" (measured without load) not caused by an improper or defective foundation/base.
  • Manufacturing defects in materials or craftsmanship (e.g., foam splits, abnormal layer separation, seam failures) that materially impair performance.

If a covered defect arises during the warranty period, Organix Bed™ will, at its discretion, repair the Product, replace it with the same or a comparable model/materials, or issue a store credit. If identical materials are unavailable, we may substitute materials of equal or greater quality.

One-Time Replacement: Each mattress is eligible for one warranty replacement only. A replacement does not reset or extend the original warranty term.

Important: Damage caused by cutting, slitting, or puncturing the mattress during unpacking (e.g., with a knife or scissors) voids the warranty.


What Is Not Covered

  • Normal softening or changes in feel that do not affect pressure relief or support.
  • Body impressions/indentations of 1.5" or less (normal settling of materials).
  • Color, finish, and size variance: Due to material characteristics and compression/expansion, finished dimensions (including height) may vary up to ~1 inch.
  • Off-gassing or natural material odors, which typically dissipate.
  • Stains, spills, liquid damage, mold from liquid exposure, or unsanitary conditions.
  • Burns, cuts, tears, peeling/abrasions, pet damage, or infestation.
  • Comfort preference or changes in personal sleep needs.
  • Use on an inadequate, damaged, or unsupported foundation (see Foundation Requirements).
  • Improper use/handling (folding, bending, jumping, dragging, lifting by cover/handles).
  • Damage incurred during transportation/moving after delivery to you.
  • Products labeled clearance, floor model, demo, “as-is,” or final sale.
  • Mattresses used in commercial or non-residential settings (staging, rentals, hospitality, etc.).
  • Mattresses with law labels removed or serial/lot numbers altered.

What Voids This Warranty

Your warranty will be void if any of the following conditions apply:

  • The mattress has visible stains, odors, or unsanitary conditions (e.g., mold, liquids, pet damage, or bodily fluids).
  • The mattress was cut, punctured, or damaged during unpacking or transport.
  • The mattress was used on an unsupported or damaged foundation (slats too far apart, no center support, or improper base).
  • The law tag or serial label is missing, removed, or illegible.
  • The mattress has been misused, folded, bent, jumped on, or altered.
  • The product shows signs of abuse, neglect, or modification.
  • The mattress was exposed to excessive moisture, humidity, or direct sunlight causing deterioration.
  • The mattress was used in a commercial, rental, or hospitality environment.
  • The product was sold, gifted, or transferred — this warranty applies only to the original purchaser.
  • The customer failed to provide requested documentation or schedule inspection within 30 days of contact.

Organix Bed™ reserves the right to deny coverage if the product’s condition, environment, or documentation does not meet the requirements outlined in this warranty.


Accessories & Third-Party Items

This Limited Warranty applies only to Organix Bed™ mattresses. Accessories — including pillows, sheets, protectors, furniture, adjustable bases, bunk boards, or box springs — are covered by their respective manufacturers. Please consult those brands for warranty terms.


Care & Use Requirements

  • Use a waterproof/approved mattress protector to prevent stains (required for coverage).
  • Transport and store the mattress flat — not upright — to avoid internal stress.
  • Rotate monthly for the first 6 months, then every 6 months thereafter.
  • Do not flip your Organix Bed™ mattress; it is single-sided.
  • Handles (if present) are for positioning only — do not lift the mattress by the handles. Handles are not covered under this warranty.

Proof of Use: During a claim, you may be asked for photos of your bed frame, slats, center support, and protector to confirm proper use. Failure to provide requested documentation may void coverage.


Foundation Requirements

To maintain coverage, the mattress must be continuously supported by one of the following:

  • Box spring/foundation or adjustable base from Organix Bed™ (preferred), or
  • Rigid platform with slats at least 2" wide and spaced no more than 2" apart, with both horizontal and vertical center support for Queen and larger sizes.

Shipping Damage vs. Warranty

Damage during initial delivery is a shipping claim, not a warranty issue. Do not accept delivery of visibly damaged items; refuse the shipment and contact us immediately. Concealed damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. Acceptance of visibly damaged freight may forfeit claim eligibility.


Filing a Warranty Claim

To begin, contact our team:

Have the following ready:

  • Copy of your original receipt or proof of purchase
  • Photos of the mattress (top, bottom, all sides) and the law label
  • Photos of the alleged defect (close-up and full-view)
  • Photos of the foundation/base, slats, and center support
  • Optional: short video if the issue is visual (sagging, shifting, etc.)

We will review your claim within 2–5 business days. If accepted for inspection, we will provide next steps for shipping the mattress to our facility.


Shipping & Inspection Process for Approved Claims

  • Return Freight: A flat shipping charge of $369 will be collected prior to scheduling the return shipment to Organix Bed™.
  • Processing Timeline (Entire Process): From the time we receive your mattress to the time you receive the repaired or replacement product, the full warranty process typically takes 3–8 weeks, depending on the defect, material availability, location, and scheduling factors.
  • If a Defect Is Confirmed: After inspection, if a manufacturing defect is verified, we will refund the $369 shipping charge, build a new mattress of equal or greater quality, and ship it back to you free of charge via White-Glove delivery.
  • If No Defect Is Found: The inspection and shipping fee remain non-refundable. You may have your original mattress returned at your expense or responsibly recycled by Organix Bed™.

Organix Bed™ retains the final and exclusive right to determine whether a warranty claim qualifies under this policy, and its decision is binding. No alternative resolution is available while a claim is under review or during any dispute regarding a warranty determination.


Mattress Condition Upon Return

Returned or inspected mattresses must arrive clean and sanitary, free from odors, stains, or contamination. If a mattress arrives in unsanitary condition, Organix Bed™ may refuse inspection and dispose of the product without refund or replacement.


Proof of Ownership Requirement

The serial/lot tag and law label on the mattress must match our original purchase records. Claims with missing, altered, or illegible tags cannot be honored.


Materials & Design Updates

We continually improve materials and manufacturing. Replacement mattresses may differ slightly in appearance or feel from the original. Such updates do not affect warranty coverage or performance.


Third-Party Carrier Disclaimer

Organix Bed™ is not responsible for damage occurring after delivery to your address or while the product is in the custody of a third-party mover, shipper, or storage facility.


Communication Timeframe

Please allow 2–5 business days for an initial response and up to 10 business days for follow-up. Failure to respond to requests for information within 30 days will close the claim.


Loaner Mattresses

Organix Bed™ does not provide temporary or loaner mattresses during the warranty evaluation or replacement process.


Intellibed® Warranty Facilitation

Organix Bed™ sold Intellibed® mattresses through January 2024. For customers who purchased their Intellibed® from Organix Bed™, we will facilitate the warranty process as follows:

  • Claim Submission: Please follow the same process and requirements described above under “Filing a Warranty Claim.” You must contact us first and submit all requested documentation, including:
    • Proof of purchase showing the mattress was purchased from Organix Bed™
    • Photos of the mattress (top, bottom, sides) and the law tag
    • Photos of the defect (close-up and full-view)
    • Photos of the base, slats, and center support
    • Optional: short video showing the issue if it is visible
  • Shipping to Organix Bed™: The mattress must be shipped to us for inspection. A flat $369 shipping charge applies and must be paid before scheduling return shipping.
  • Processing Timeline: The total process — from the time the mattress is received at our facility to when the replacement or response is provided — generally takes 3–8 weeks, depending on inspection results, manufacturer coordination, and delivery scheduling.
  • Manufacturer Warranty: Intellibed® was acquired by Purple®. Final warranty coverage, approval, and resolution decisions are made solely by Purple Innovation, LLC. Please review their official warranty policy here: Intellibed Products Warranty.
  • Inspection Coordination: Organix Bed™ will communicate with Purple® on your behalf and forward inspection findings, documentation, and recommendations. Purple® will determine whether the issue qualifies as a warrantable defect under their terms.
  • Outcome: If the claim is approved by Purple®, they will issue the appropriate resolution (repair, replacement, or credit). Organix Bed™ will assist in coordinating any required shipping or replacement delivery.

Important: All claim requirements, documentation standards, shipping policies, and timelines described in this page apply equally to Intellibed® warranty requests. Organix Bed™ serves as a facilitator but does not make the final determination on claim approval or remedies.


Replacement, Credits & Upgrades

  • Replacement: Provided at our discretion for covered defects. The replacement carries the remaining balance of your original warranty term.
  • Store Credit: May be issued if a comparable replacement is unavailable. Credits are not cash-redeemable and must be used at Organix Bed™.
  • Upgrades: If you choose to upgrade to a different model, you will pay any price difference between the replacement value and the upgraded product. Promotional items are not reinstated.
  • No Cash Refunds: Warranty remedies do not include cash refunds.

Geographic Scope

Warranty support is available in the U.S. and most of Canada. Customers in Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada may be responsible for additional freight, customs, or taxes. For other international locations, service is limited and may not be available.

Canadian Warranty Claims: Claims are processed under the laws of the State of Utah, U.S.A.; customers are responsible for any cross-border shipping costs, duties, and taxes unless a claim is approved.


Limitation of Remedies

This Limited Warranty is your exclusive remedy. Organix Bed™ is not liable for incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages, including without limitation lost profits or property damage, even if advised of the possibility. Some jurisdictions do not allow such limitations; where prohibited, liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Any implied warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the duration of this Limited Warranty unless otherwise required by law.

Note: This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable, even if the mattress is gifted, resold, or donated.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary by state.


Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Limited Warranty is subject to the Arbitration; Class Action & Jury Trial Waiver and Governing Law provisions in our Terms & Conditions. To the extent permitted by law, claims must be brought on an individual basis.


Entire Agreement & Updates

This Limited Warranty constitutes the entire agreement between you and Organix Bed™ regarding warranty coverage and supersedes any prior verbal or written communications about your product’s condition or remedies.

Organix Bed™ reserves the right to interpret, modify, or update this warranty at any time without notice. Unless otherwise stated, updates apply retroactively to existing purchases. The most current version is always available at organixbed.com/pages/warranty.
