Which Organix mattress is the softest?

Sereniti offers our most generous cushioning and contouring, with a medium to medium-plush surface and responsive support underneath. Tranquiliti balances cushioning with a medium-firm feel; Harmoni offers a firmer hybrid experience; Aria delivers the firmest surface in the collection.

What changes between Tranquiliti and Sereniti?

Both combine Talalay latex and comfort foams with individual pocket-coil support. Tranquiliti provides balanced contouring in a 13.5-inch profile. Sereniti adds micro-coil comfort, wool/alpaca fiber and a three-zone main support system in a 16-inch profile for a more enveloping experience.

Are all mattress materials certified organic?

Organic content and material-safety certifications describe different things. Certification scope can vary by component and model; a component certification should not be read as a certification of the entire mattress. Explore our materials and certification information.

Can I try an Organix Bed in a store?

Organix Bed mattresses are sold online. Use the comparison, product guides and help from our team to narrow your choice. Read the complete home-trial terms before ordering.

What if I am between two models?

Begin with the surface feel you enjoy and compare the materials and height. If you are unsure, Tranquiliti is our balanced starting point. For shoulder or hip cushioning needs, or partners with different preferences, take the mattress quiz together.

How long does the mattress take to break in?

New mattresses start tighter and settle with normal use. Average comfort break-in is about 60 days. This differs from the 30 nights actually slept required before a standard return or exchange within the 90-night trial.

What if we prefer very different feels?

Our quiz builds separate comfort profiles for each partner. When preferences are far apart, it shows both individual matches. Tranquiliti can be a possible shared-bed compromise, and customer support can help you consider the differences before choosing.
