Online orders: If you are able to purchase online, we welcome you to. We are consistently updating things to make sure your experience is enjoyable, efficient, and secure. We will email you a full purchase receipt that will include shipping expectations and links to articles or digital downloads. We call every one of our customers that purchase large items, such as mattresses, box springs, bases, etc. to confirm your order and let you know what you can expect before, during, and after delivery. We ship accessories such as pillows, blankets, sheets, etc. via FedEx, UPS, or USPS depending on the shipping method you choose or if the item you chose includes free shipping. We update and maintain our merchant integrations weekly to keep everything as secure as possible. This website is 100% PCI compliant. View our certificate here.
Credit/Debit Cards: Through Maverick or Stripe, which are both securely integrated with this site, we are able to accept: Visa, Master Card, Discover, Diners, American Express, Click to Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Microsoft Pay. Check out faster with wallet payment methods that digitally store credit and debit cards. Wallets eliminate the need for our customers to manually enter their card and billing information, offering a secure, quick, and convenient way to pay.
Affirm: We use Affirm for easy and convenient financing. You can apply through Affirm links located throughout organixbed.com product pages, shopping cart, and checkout. Affirm will give you an answer right away. If you are approved, you can continue with your purchase by checking out with Affirm. If your application is found ineligible by Affirm, your order will automatically redirect you back to the checkout page and you will be asked to use a different payment method. PayPal: Choose PayPal at checkout and you can skip entering your financial info when you make a purchase. PayPal Purchase Protection helps you shop with confidence. PayPal accepts: PayPal cash, PayPal Credit, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diner's Club or EnRoute.
PayPal Credit: Click on any "PayPal Credit" link on organixbed.com and get a credit decision in seconds with a quick application. PayPal Credit is a digital, reusable credit line that offers up to 6 months special financing on purchases of $99 or more.
Accepted Currency: At this time, we only accept the US dollar.
Shipment expectations: Please note that shipments come from different fulfillment centers. You will typically receive accessories such as sheets, mattresses protectors, blankets, pillows, etc. faster than you will receive a mattress, adjustable base, bed frame, and box spring.
COVID-19 (corona virus) and other event updates: The ongoing health and safety for our customers and employees are our highest priority. We are constantly working with our suppliers to ensure that the products you receive are clean, sanitized, and wrapped in sealed packaging. Our freight partners are also cautious and deliver with the customer's health and safety in mind.
Due to recent events such as extreme weather and the pandemic, there have been manufacturing delays across the country. Please understand that this may impact shipping times.
Service Area: At this time, we only ship within the contiguous United States, also known as the lower 48 states. We do not ship to: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, or Canada.
Mattresses, Frames, and Adjustable Bases: We will be shipping your bed through one of our trusted freight partners. They will perform a full-service delivery and setup, which includes setting up your new mattress and adjustable base or frame. All packaging materials will then be removed. Your old mattress can be removed for a small recycling fee of $99 (please arrange this with us prior to delivery). Generally, the local delivery company’s hours are Monday through Friday from 9 am-5 pm, however, most companies can accommodate Saturday or after-hours deliveries for a fee. When you place your order, please let us know if you need delivery outside of normal hours or on a Saturday and we can get you a quote.
When will you receive your order? Our goal is to have your new bed delivered to you quickly, but keep in mind, we ship from Utah and the delivery time will vary depending on the destination. You will receive an email from organixbed.com as soon as your mattress ships. Expect the shipment and delivery time to take up to 14 business days from the date of that email. Special delivery requests: In the event you need any additional delivery services, such as hauling off an existing mattress, after hours, or Saturday delivery, please let us know when you place your order and they can get you a quote. Delivery Pricing: We offer a flat rate delivery charge of $269 for any non-adjustable unit and a flat rate delivery charge of $369 for any adjustable unit to any of the contiguous United States. If you reside in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, or Canada and would like to arrange your own shipping, please call one of our customer service team at (866) 647-5513 or email email@example.com for shipping to your area.
We offer a 90-night in-home trial period on all mattresses.

Acclimation Period: We ask that you take at least 30 nights to allow your body to adjust to the proper sleep posture that only a Gel Matrix® mattress provides. If you decide to return your new mattress at any point before the required 30-day acclimation period, you will be responsible for the return shipping.
Return Process: Returns are accepted no earlier than 30 days and no later than 90 days of purchase. Once you have called and initiated a return, the customer service team can provide you with a case number. We will then send out packaging materials if needed, as well as a request to have the freight company in your area contact you to set up the pickup. They will package up the items for you and carry them out to send them back to us. This occurs about 7-10 business days after the initial return request. This process takes around 14-18 business days. Once we receive the mattress back, we will inspect it for any stains, rips, tears, and odors. If the mattress is found to be in like-new condition, we will then start the refund process. Please allow 10-15 business days from the time the mattress arrives at their location for the credit to reflect in your account. The entire process of a return takes about 3-6 weeks. Mattresses: You must purchase a mattress protector and use it on your new mattress during the trial period in order for it to be eligible to be returned. Government regulations require that personal products such as mattresses must be protected if the product is to be returned. A returned mattress cannot be resold as “new” and must be inspected. Your mattress must be returned in the original packing materials and must be free from stains and odor, including cigarette smoke.
Toppers: The return shipping for all toppers is the customer’s responsibility.
*Adjustable bases, box springs, bed frames, mattress protectors, pillows, sheets, blankets, and any other product labeled as "accessories" are not eligible to be returned or exchanged. Shipping charges, delivery charges, and service charges are not eligible for a refund. Custom made products, demo products, or floor model products sold at a discount are also not eligible to be returned. In the event you received promotional items or discounts, such as accessories or shipping, the cost of those items are removed from the refund as well. Please see the original sales order sent to you for the invoiced price of your mattress. This will give you an estimated refund amount.
Acclimation Period: You have a 90-night in-home trial so take advantage of it! We ask that customers try the bed for at least 30 nights before considering an exchange. It is important to allow sufficient time for your body to adjust to the new sleep surface (sometimes more than 30 nights). In some cases, you will experience soreness or pain from a new mattress. This is normal and it should go away over time as your body adjusts, so please give it time.
Exchange Shipping: Shipping times for exchanges are consistent with shipping times for your initial purchase. The local freight company we assign to your order will bring your new mattress and remove the old one. The packaging materials from the new mattress will be used to ship your previous mattress back to us. Once we receive the mattress back, we will inspect it for any stains, rips, tears, or odors. If the mattress is found to be in like-new condition, we will process the exchange. In the event a refund is due, please allow 10-15 business days from the time the mattress arrives at their location for the credit to show on your account.
Exchange Process: Once you have called and initiated an exchange, our customer service team will provide you with a case number. In the event of an exchange, we will cover the cost of shipping to get the current mattress back to us. You are responsible to pay for the shipping cost of your replacement mattress as well as the upgraded mattress cost (if applicable). Our address is Organix Bed - 168 S. Once we process the exchange, you will receive an email to confirm the exchange. You must reply to that email and agree to the terms and policy. Exchanges are deemed final sale, and there will not be a second 90-night trial.
