I was unable to remove the old mattress and was able to use the service they provided to remove it for me. This service provided me with the support I needed.
Okay, but dispatcher didn't realize already paid for removal when new one delivered
Hi Linda, we work with a lot of 3rd party shipping companies that ensure us that they will take care of our customers. We pay them a lot and expect them to follow through. Unfortunately, not every company in every area throughout the US follows through with what they promise us. I’m sorry the dispatcher from the company we hired claimed to not know about the removal service. I do show that we told them about it though. Please let us know if we can help you with anything. I had to remind the delivery people that I had paid for the removal, but they quickly removed my old air bed and the air compressor.
With the delay in delivery, we disposed of mattress ourselves, but the old headboard still needed to be moved. Guys removed all packing materials. The cost to remove mattress was credited to our bill
