    The bed is nice. More for my wife. I wake up with a stiff back. This mattress was not my key to relief. For me it was putting the mattress on an adjustable frame. Keeping a slight incline saves me from back pain.

    I received great service from this company. Though I think the bed is too firm. I feel the pressure points more than expected. I should have gone with the soft bed.

    I purchased my Intellibed almost a year ago, and I continue to get the best sleep of my life on it. My husband and I were so thrilled that we also purchased a crib mattress for our soon-to-arrive bundle of joy and we’re confident she’ll be just as pleased and rested as we are. But the customer service is, in many ways, shockingly disappointing. When we purchased our bed we bought two Intellibed pillows. We were ushered into purchasing the pillow protective covers, and I thought, based on my conversation with the sales person and the fact that the website page that had the pillows on it linked to an ambiguous warranty page that says something to the effect of products must be kept in protective covers to be eligible for warranty that the covers were required for the warranty. I found the pillows to be exceptionally uncomfortable. My husband was pleased with his but no matter how I inflated/deflated my pillow it caused me severe pain. That and the protective” covers are comically large compared to the size of the pillow” which just seemed a bit lazy on their part. When I requested a refund/return of my pillow I learned that they consider pillows to be “personal products” and therefore non-returnable. Customer service was less than helpful and after many attempts at contacting them via email w/ no response I called and was offered very poor explanations and resolutions despite the fact that their advertising of the warranty program on the pillow page made this look like an incredibly deceptive business practice o”n their part – I continued to escalate it until a supervisor begrudgingly refunded me for my pillow” but did so in a rude way as if I was scamming them. So I think it’s a bit of a gamble – it’s impossible to know if their products are going to suit you and if they don’t it’ll end up being quite the headache and/or expense to you to resolve.”

    My intelliBed just arrived covered in black mold after a shipping delay. I’m really excited to sleep on this bed, but I can’t say anything good so far. I called, but customer service is only available M-F. However, sales is open on the weekends, so now I have a moldy bed in my house until at least Monday. Fantastic. UPDATE — They were able to get someone from customer service to call the delivery company and pick up the bed. The moldy bed is gone for now (which I think was an issue that came up in transit). So far the customer service is top notch. The delivery company they use is pretty terrible. Now I just have to wait all over for a new bed to be delivered.
