These sheets are very slippery and smooth. The blue color bled and we had it replaced with a white set. I like crisp percale cotton sheets so these were disappointing ….

Very firm. My shoulder and hip don’t like it. I’m hoping it gets better, especially for how much we paid for it. Wishing I had gone with the other bed I was contemplating.

Okay, I guess. The delivery people were courteous and clean but forgot to cover their shoes when entering the home. They were in quite a hurry offering no more than placing the two packages up stairs leaning on the wall. I was not prepared to dismantle the Sleep Comfort bed yet but might have with a little assistance.

The mattress does not bend at the knee. The support bar at the foot is in place. The mattress just points up instead of bending at the knee. Can’t use the zero gravity either. I need both so I’m less than enthusiastic especially considering the price of the bed. The base seems to work beautifully but the bed itself is not responding well.

Hi Charline, I’m sure you are referring to the mattress bending at the knee while the adjustable base you have adjusts up and down. These mattresses are built very well and by hand so they can be very taut to start. It will bend better for your adjustable base once the mattress is broken in. You can speed up the break-in process by literally walking back and forth on the top of the mattress. That will allow it to stretch and break in faster. I had to go through some stress with getting pick up of old and delivery scheduled. Then discovered the mattress did not have box springs. And the worst part is the bed is much less comfortable than my 13 year old bed was!!! Very expensive disappointment ):
This info must not have been on the form so they weren’t going to remove the old mattress. I had to make a call to the delivery company. There was a language barrier and it was difficult to communicate.
We bought Intellibed several years ago and thought it was great for the first few years.
It begins to breakdown, even with turning, which is no easy job. For the price, you are better off to buy a high end mattress every 5 years (which you will probably not need to do) The reviews I have read seem to be from people who have only had their beds a few months. I would have made the same remarks after a few months but NOT after a few years.
I bought 2 of these mattresses from Organix Bed in size Twin XL to pair with 2 adjustable Twin XL bases. Both mattresses measured 77 inches, instead of the 80 inches that a Twin XL is supposed to be. This caused a gap at the headboard (the pillow would fall in the gap) and/or at the other end where the adjustable base support end is (raising the bed causes it to mattress to slide to the support and makes a gap near the headboard again). Organix Bed was nice enough to deliver 2 new mattresses but these had the same issue. Twice more Organix Bed delivered what was supposed to be Twin XLs and they all were short – all 8 mattresses measured 76 inches-77 inches. I’m not sure what to do at this point since it looks like the Twin XLs are not manufactured to proper size specs. Mattress is extremely comfortable but the size issue may be a deal breaker. — Organix Bed reply: We are very sorry for your experience. We can confirm that the current Twin XL mattresses do messure 80″ in length.
We bought both a queen size bed for us and a crib size for our new baby 5 years ago. At first both were fantastic, easily the best I’ve experienced but 5 years later I find I sleep better on the couch. You can feel that the gel structure has weakened in the center section of the bed, where most of your body weight is. So now it’s soft there cause unnatural arches in your body when trying to sleep. My wife and I both wake up with back pain every morning. We’d try to warranty it but we’ve already seen that their warranty is nothing more than a feel good sticker on the product. We tried to warranty the crib mattress after the outside cover started falling apart, literally crumbling in your hands, only to be given the run around and never receive calls or emails back. We fought it for a year before giving up.
Great marketing, but garbage beds and customer service. Very disappointed after spending nearly $4k.
This bed hurts my back. From all the other glowing reviews, it obviously works for some. But the longer I used it, the more my back hurt. I will be returning it as soon as the 30 days are up.
Customer service was good/responsive. Thought bed was ok for first week or so, but have a very difficult time getting comfortable and falling asleep on it. Now experiencing shoulder and hip pain and waking up every hour or 2 to change positions. Also wake up stiff and feel like my back and neck are not aligned well at all. Not what I expected based on reviews and talking to customer service.
My back has become very sensitive to meds beds and any bit of sagging really threw me off. This bed has been a blessing and I love the fact that it is made from natural material!!

I paid for two pillow covers and have never received them
Hubby and I both are side sleepers and our shoulders/ribs were hurting by morning, so as this was good for pressure points” we spent a lot on this for a topper. I sleep mostly on edge of bed and didn’t realize I would not be on the blue gel but on some kind of foam which surrounds the blue thus to be on the blue the actual bed size is reduced to about 2/3 and hubby and I kinda rolled into each other. It is also quite firm feeling and didn’t help our pressure points on shoulders or ribs ended up getting a different much cheaper gel foam topper and no aching by morning… What they don’t tell you is how much shipping is to return this it weighs over 70 pounds and doesn’t squish so box is huge which raises shipping price ($186 to retun!!!! not near the 66 paid to get it so very misleading) plus their box is so thin it is damaged by time it gets to you so to reuse it needs extra cardboard and a lot of tape regular packing tape didn’t stick had to go with strapping tape to hopefully not bust through… all in all very disappointed”

So our mattress arrived about a week later than we had expected and planned. Second, our mattress arrived with a small tear in one of the seams about 2 inches long. I immediately called and emailed customer service to report the issue. Everyone I have spoken to acted genuinely concerned, told me they would consult a manager and get back to me, and naturally I’ve never heard from them again. Further attempts at calls or emails to those employees are never returned. The tear has grown to about 4 inches now over the course of a year, but I’ve given up on it. I will say that the mattress itself is extremely comfortable and we had planned to purchase another one this year for another bedroom. But with the customer service issues, we will take our business elsewhere. UPDATE 5/3/16: Thank you Organix Bed for your reply. Please give me an email address, and I will happily forward you all my previous emails. For the record, I spoke on the phone to Deena on 5/22/15, and DID send her a picture and full explanation on the same day. I got zero response from ANYONE. Then on 7/15/15 I got a canned marketing” email from Deena to which I again replied with the picture and full explanation of all my issues. And again – you guessed it – not a single reply or acknowledgment of my email. So I appreciate your response to my review stating you will “look at my options but forgive me if I remain doubtful that this is just more lip service and superficial customer service with no real desire to help. I hope you prove me wrong, and I hope everyone reading this seriously considers this a warning as to the level of customer service” you will get from Organix Bed. UPDATE 7/13/16: I have had numerous contacts over the past month or so with Terry the VP of Sales for Organix Bed. True to his word he worked with me to resolve my complaints. As I mentioned in my original review above we always wanted to purchase another mattress but were turned off by the issues from our first purchase. Well again due to the genuine concern Terry showed we have purchased a new king mattress from Organix Bed. Processing and delivery is expected to take a few weeks so I will update this review when we receive the new mattress and hopefully this will be a 5 star review at that time.”
I really hope the company figures out a better and more reliable delivery process. The “White glove” delivery service I paid was inadequate to say the least. Very dirty and required my son and I to carry mattress upstairs. no recourse to pursue from the company.
i purchased this bed based on reviews from others. never ever buy a bed with out testing it first. the first couple of nights were ok but you sink in and cant get comfortable . i toss and turn every night. rarely do i sleep through the night. Not worth the money it costs!!.

I tried the linen sheets and do not like them. Not smooth and not a tight weave.

Delivery took longer than anticipated, but this arrived intact.
Silky, luxurious feel, but so full of static electricity that I can use only one, paired with another sheet.
