    Think VERY carefully before buying any product from Organix Bed. They advertise an excellent warranty but when it comes time to claim any manufacturer’s defect, you get nothing but a run-around. In fact, we were told they never replace beds not on warranty. We fought for 18 months to prove that we did have a defect under their manufacturer warranty and despite proving it, they refused to replace the bed. It broke down after less than 3 years. We began waking up with pain in our hips and numbness in our arms and hands. We had issues with lumps that would travel around the bed, where you’d have to lie on them to break them down, only to have them form in other spots. As well, the bed moved on its own, either after a partner would leave or when one turned over, always about 5 minutes after movement of any person ceased. We figured out that the layer that is glued to the bottom of the foam that protects the foam from the springs came loose in many spots, so it would get caught on the springs and then release suddenly, feeling like a small animal jumped on your bed when none had (we were told this was normal…. REALLY?!?!?!?). They are also inconsistent in their reasoning behind why they were refusing to cover any warranty. First we dealt with the US office and were forwarded to the Canadian office. The US office told us that our solid 1/2-inch plywood frame wasn’t good enough and that slats 2 inches apart were more solid and what the only way any claims would be warrantable; The Canadian office told us our frame was just fine. The US office told us the mattress had to be transported flat and because it wasn’t, it voided the warranty; the Canadian office said this wasn’t a factor and how it was transported was fine. The US office told us our warranty was voided because it came across the Canadian border; the Canadian office told us they never replace beds under warranty. We even went to Colin H****, former COO and now CEO, who simply sloughed our case off on to the Canadian office, except all that office was interested in was selling us a$1000 pillow topper, despite the fact that we had already purchased these ourselves (except that the brands we bought were no good). Everything we found wrong with the bed when we took it apart with their representative there was normal. Any reviews or blogs you see that say there’s no partner movement is an outright lie… it felt like we were on a waterbed whenever one partner turned over. Even small movements such as sitting on the edge of the bed and taking off slippers made one feel like you would be flipped out of bed. When this was mentioned to the Canadian representative, she said this was normal because of the gel, yet others we have talked to in the Organix Bed industry have said that isn’t the case at all. Bottomline is that the price you pay for this bed is NOT WORTH the quality you get for it. We paid $5500 for a bed that lasted less than 3 years and we hung on for another 18 months beyond that to try to get some resolution. The last 3 months of that 18 months, one partner could no longer sleep on the bed AT ALL, even for an hour at a time, and the other barely slept more than a few broken hours without having to get up for an hour then go back to bed again for a few more hours of sleep. Organix Bed has no interest whatsoever in guaranteeing their products and their inconsistency as to the reasons why nothing is covered are mind-boggling. Instead of buying any Organix Bed product, take that cash and use it to wipe your bum then flush it down the toilet, because at least that money you’re throwing away will have a SOME use. We’d give them a zero if we could.

    My boyfriend and I bought this bed and have been trying to keep giving it a chance in hopes we adjust but we’ve recently come to the conclusion it’s just never going to work for us. We’ve been looking into new mattresses. I believe we’re beyond the point where we can return anything to Organix Bed, and we’re actually willing to eat a huge loss just to get into something else.

    We have the Organix Bed and the mattress is entirely too firm. Imagine filling an air mattress to the point where it is about to burst and that is what this mattress feels like. My back pain has been unbearable and my boyfriend has been spending most of his nights on the couch.

    It’s been pretty rough. I would not recommend this bed and I feel kind of duped by how hard Organix Bed pushed this (very expensive) bed on us.

    We purchased a king sized Organix Bed (as well as their box spring, base, and cover) in 2017. At first it was the best mattress we had ever slept on. We told everyone we could about it. We rotated it according to their schedule, but started getting squishy soft spots that weren’t supportive after about a year. Since the mattress can’t be flipped over we even turned it sideways. The warranty sounded great, but you have to have visible low spots for it to be valid. The mattress would have to be trashed to get to that point. The mattress looks new, but won’t support you because it has soft squishy areas. We aren’t heavy people (my husband is 175 lbs for reference). Customer service is polite, but won’t do anything without visible dips in the mattress. It’s becoming so painful to sleep on that we are going to have to purchase a different mattress.

    We bought both a queen size bed for us and a crib size for our new baby 5 years ago. At first both were fantastic, easily the best I’ve experienced but 5 years later I find I sleep better on the couch. You can feel that the gel structure has weakened in the center section of the bed, where most of your body weight is. So now it’s soft there cause unnatural arches in your body when trying to sleep. My wife and I both wake up with back pain every morning. We’d try to warranty it but we’ve already seen that their warranty is nothing more than a feel good sticker on the product. We tried to warranty the crib mattress after the outside cover started falling apart, literally crumbling in your hands, only to be given the run around and never receive calls or emails back. We fought it for a year before giving up.

    Great marketing, but garbage beds and customer service. Very disappointed after spending nearly $4k.

    Not a good buy for us. Gel sinks toward heavier person in the bed. Like crawling out of a ditch in the morning for the lighter person. My back is killing me. We’re replacing after only six months.

    This bed hurts my back. From all the other glowing reviews, it obviously works for some. But the longer I used it, the more my back hurt. I will be returning it as soon as the 30 days are up.

    don’t fall for the head and foot adjuster. they are never used, and especially not while sleeping. if you like a very firm, plywood like bed, the Organix Bed is for you.

    We were excited to get the Organix Bed, however after owning it for over 2 years now its the worse bed I have ever owned, which is why my wife and I are back in the bed market. Our bed sleeps hot, back and hips have only gotten worse, my wife’s side grows numb as she lays on the bed, we reached out to customers service and they told us that since we bought from the store there was nothing they would do to help. Called the store and they offered to load use a used mattress topper.

    We bought a split cal king direct from Organix Bed with the promise that it would last 20 years and the warranty process would be “no hassle”. After 3 years with rotating every 3 months there was a large body impression in the middle of the bed ( I am 6’6″ 245lbs) where my hips would be causing intense back pain the morning and last for a few hours into the day. I reached out to Organix Bed thinking they would help make it right and firm up the area that began to sink only to receive a 4 page warranty novel to fill out with tons of gotchas for them to weasel out of the warranty. Original proof of purchase is the biggest catch as if you bought a used mattress online just to fill out the warranty novel and return it. It is obviously your bed why wont you warranty it? Along with a $99 pickup fee in addition to taking the mattress down setting it on the floor and measuring the indent of the mattress with a broom stick and measuring tape. So get ready to have the whole family involved in the process to try and fix a mattress that doesn’t hold up. It wont let me attach the warranty so I’ll paste it here.

    Procedures sheet to help you better understand your sleep system warranty.
    Please read and complete these forms and return them to the address or fax number listed on the following page. Along
    with the forms, you will need to include a copy of your proof of purchase and photographs of the top, side and
    defective portion of your mattress. You will also need to submit a photo of the law tag on your mattress as well.
    Incomplete claims or claims submitted without photographs cannot be processed.
    Once we receive your complete forms, a copy of your proof of purchase and your photographs, we will be able to process
    your claim. At that point, we will present your claim to the Organix Bed representative for assessment. If necessary,
    we will provide an inspection for your sleep set. If an inspection is to be done, you will be notified to schedule the
    inspection. If you have a manufacturing defect, we will notify you explaining how the warranty
    process is handled and what your transportation charges will be for the delivery. Our local transportation fee is
    $99. If a manufacturing defect is not found, you will also be notified.
    PLEASE BE AWARE AS PER YOUR WARRANTY, THE FOLLOWING IS NOT COVERED:
    · Unsanitary conditions will void your warranty. (body fluids, food stains, etc.)
    · No proof of purchase and/or no law tags will void your warranty.
    ·Please be aware that if you have a pro-rated warranty you will be charged a pro-rate charge in addition to the

    Organix Bed Warranty Procedures
    What is Covered Under our Warranty
    Manufacturing defects in the mattress or box spring. Replacement of one piece does not
    automatically constitute replacement of the other piece. Our limited warranty is provided to the
    original purchaser. Satin trade labels and white law labels must be intact to validate our warranty.
    Proof of purchase and date of purchase is required in order to validate the purchase and length of
    warranty. If a defect is found and the mattress is repaired or replaced, the warranty does
    NOT start over, but the customer will have the remaining years left from the original date
    of purchase.
    What is Excluded Under our Warranty
    Normal body impressions of .75 of an inch or less
    Normal wear and tear
    Merchandise sold as is, distressed or floor models (unless other agreements were documented at
    the time of purchase)
    Firmness preference of the product
    Material Softening
    Warranty is void and does not apply if the mattress
    or box spring has been subjected to obvious abuse or
    improper care or maintenance such as, but not limited to:
    Stains or Soiling
    Burns
    Odors (including cigarette smoke)
    Inadequate support from improper box springs or frame (queen and king mattresses must have a
    frame that has sufficient center support)
    Bent or broken border wires
    Upholstery compaction or excessive softening due to insufficient turning (consult your warranty
    documentation)
    Mattress damage including drag marks when moving the mattress or box spring
    Improper storage (see warranty documentation)

    Include pictures of the problem. In order to expedite the process, be as
    thorough as possible when filling out the form. When complete, send
