  2. I hate these sheets. It’s hard to describe. They are strong but delicate. I would almost say (for a lack of better words) flimsy. Only because they would stick to the comforter and very difficult to spread out when laying down. I will never use them again.

  3. Mattress was shipped to wrong address – PA instead of MS – so we had to wait an additional 3 weeks for delivery. Not happy.

  4. I set up a return on this product. I was not happy with the stitching/seams on the sheets. Still waiting for my refund.

If full service means they take the cardboard off outside, drop it on the wet ground, ( thank goodness the plastic was still on), struggled to get it in the house,(it is a very heavy mattress) all while saying that the company may say we are to set this up they are wrong. We don’t do that. Then yes, it was full service. My husband and I are physically able to set it up and did but some people may not be able to lift it. You may want to consider getting straps for them to use or it would have been easier to carry with the cardboard still on. We told them we would take care of the cardboard and plastic since at this point why not lol.

  6. The sheets are slippery and oversized, so the fitted sheet ends up as a wadded-up mess! I will be donating them to a thrift shop. I would have much preferred a nice set of Egyptian cotton sheets.

  10. The sheets are awful, as they wrinkle more than any we have ever had and there’s no way I have time to iron them. They look horrible. There is no way that they are worth that much, even if they didn’t wrinkle. I can buy equivalent sheets for $60 (75% less)

  11. My boyfriend and I bought this bed and have been trying to keep giving it a chance in hopes we adjust but we’ve recently come to the conclusion it’s just never going to work for us. We’ve been looking into new mattresses. I believe we’re beyond the point where we can return anything to Organix Bed, and we’re actually willing to eat a huge loss just to get into something else.

    We have the sapphire and the mattress is entirely too firm. Imagine filling an air mattress to the point where it is about to burst and that is what this mattress feels like. My back pain has been unbearable and my boyfriend has been spending most of his nights on the couch.

    It’s been pretty rough. I would not recommend this bed and I feel kind of duped by how hard Organix Bed pushed this (very expensive) bed on us. — Organix Bed reply: We are very sorry for your experience. Please contact us at 866-647-5513, we would like to help.

  12. Not a good buy for us. Gel sinks toward heavier person in the bed. Like crawling out of a ditch in the morning for the lighter person. My back is killing me. We’re replacing after only six months.

  13. don’t fall for the head and foot adjuster. they are never used, and especially not while sleeping. if you like a very firm, plywood like bed, the Intellibed is for you.

  14. We were excited to get the new bed, however after owning it for over 2 years now its the worse bed I have ever owned, which is why my wife and I are back in the bed market. Our bed sleeps hot, back and hips have only gotten worse, my wife’s side grows numb as she lays on the bed, we reached out to customers service and they told us that since we bought from the store there was nothing they would do to help. Called the store and they offered to load use a used mattress topper.

  16. I had high hopes for my Intellibed. I would have returned it if I hadn’t purchased the bed mechanism that allows you to sit in bed reading. I was very disappointed with the feature. Feels like it’s ruining the mattress and not comfortable.

  17. It is good investment to make in a mattress. It does take about a month to break it in. My sleep has been much improved since getting it.

  21. First of all, let me say that I believe that these beds are probably the best beds available. My problem was that I couldn’t afford the bed and opted for the topper. The first topper I received was the wrong size (i ordered Cal King and was sent normal King). The boxes they are shipped in are very flimsy and the first arrived smashed and unusable for the return. I was told to wait for the replacement mattress and use that box. That box arrived ripped apart. In addition to that, the Cal King topper is not true to size, it is a few inches short. (I read the dimensions previous to ordering, but was assured that what I read was incorrect and that what I would receive would be true to size) So now I have two toppers that I need to return and can’t find a box to return them. I have communicated several times with the Organix Bed people (who seem very nice) through email, chat, and phone. No response to my emails and the people on the phone say they will follow through, but the nothing happens. Quite frankly, my main motivation for writing this review is the hope that someone from Organix Bed will read it and help me. It has been a month since we first ordered our topper.

  22. We gave it a thirty night stay, but could not get a good night sleep on this mattress. Customer service in handling our questions/concerns and in the ordering process was top notch.

  23. Did not like the bed. Tried to return it, would not. We even purchased the protective covering so we could take it back at a cost of 75.00 which they told us we had to get if we were to return it. Will never go there again. They were very rude. We will not recommend the bed to family or friends.

  25. Will be throwing this $2000 piece of garbage mattress away. Have gotten a Herniated disc since using 🙁
