I also had a pleasant experience with customer service regarding shipping time and the customer service person I talked to help explain the bill to me and even corrected an overcharge that I hadn’t noticed.

We got the intellabed topper to help with back pain. It was a more affordable option than buying the bed and our existing mattress wasn’t that old. We have loved it and back pain is a thing of the past!! We have noticed that sometimes our shoulders hurt or our arms go numb when we sleep on our side. I wish there was a little more memory foam on top of the grid as we can still feel the squares. Saving our money for the real deal next!!

I only received my Topper yesterday and have had just one night’s sleep on it. I do feel I stayed cooler which was a consideration in getting the topper.
I wanted to try the new bed but we only purchased a new bed bed less than a year ago so we could not justify a California King right now. The queen topper for the guest room seemed a great way to try the gel-matrix.
I heard Bob on a presentation mattresses and was impressed with his knowledge of mattresses and their materials. I understood right away about the gassing of the materials because we’ve purchased one of those egg crate foam toppers to try and soften a bed and we had to let it air out for over a day before we put it in our bed. So I was very intrigued by the materials and the gel-matrix design of the bed controlling pressure points. I have trouble with my one hip but this morning I did notice it not hurting as bad as it sometimes does. So I am hopeful.
My experience with the consultant, James on the phone was great. James was pleasant and helpful with no pressure.
I’m hopeful that when it comes time for a new bed bed we will know exactly where to go to get the mattress that will help us get the rest we need.

I was recently in the hospital for spinal surgery, and anyone who has been hospitalized in a spinal ward knows that they wake you up every four hours to take your blood pressure, temperature, and record your oxygen consumption. You nap when you can. When I returned home, as soon as I laid on my new bed, it was like laying on a cloud, I was out solid for 10 hours, well rested and rejuvenated for a new day.
