Purchase information

The Sereniti™, Tranquiliti™ , and Harmoni™ mattresses are very durable with each layer being composed of material of the finest quality, equaling or surpassing those used in any other mattress. They are warranted to last up to 20 years and if it doesn't, we will replace it with a new one.

The Aria™ line has a 10-year no-nonsense warranty. 

This Warranty covers deterioration causing the Product to have a visible indentation greater than one and a half (1.5") that is not associated with a sag in the foundation, box springs or platform.

You don't have to, but we recommend rotating the mattress 180 degrees two times within the first six months and then one time every year thereafter. If you physically cannot rotate the mattress, we do not want you to. Your 20-year warranty will stay in tact without rotating the mattress. The point of rotating your mattress is to speed up the break-in period and keep things wearing completely equal. You can also, or instead, walk on the mattress in your socks (leave the protector on it) for a few minutes for the same results as rotating it.

Steam cleaning is preferred. A hand-held clothing steamer or a professional cleaning company, like Stanley Steamer are both great ways to clean your mattress. If you use water, cleaning spray, or an "oxy" type product, be sure to not soak the mattress. Lightly mist and press on the area with a soft cloth.

All of the mattresses we offer have a silica-based fire blocker with modacrylic fiber and no bio available chemicals. Completely non-toxic and safe!

The shipping cost for the Lower 48 states of the US is $369.00. If you are purchasing a mattress for delivery in Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada, please reach out by phone - (866) 647-5513 - or email - info@organixbed.com - for a shipping quote.

If purchasing a mattress bundle with a promotion that offers free shipping, this is valued at $369 and can be applied to shipping costs to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada.

Other than Canada, we do not ship products internationally.

If you selected "Full Service" then you will receive an email from Organix Bed™ with the tracking information. Metropolitan Warehouse & Delivery will contact you directly to set up a time that works for you to assist in setting up your mattress.
To prepare for your full service delivery, please clear the area of where you would like your new mattress set up prior to your delivery window. After setting up your new mattress, the crew will remove all waste associated with the new mattress; however, if you did not add Old Mattress Removal to your order at the time of purchase the crew will not dispose of your old mattress.

If you selected "FedEx to Door" then you will receive an email from Organix Bed™ with the tracking information. FedEx will send a text 24 hours in advance with the delivery time and a signature will be required. If that time does not work for you then please communicate that with FedEx.

We offer a 90-day in-home trial period. We ask that customers try the bed for a minimum of 30 nights before considering a return. It is important to allow sufficient time for your body to adjust to the new sleep surface.

All other products sold from Organixbed.com are non-returnable and non-refundable. This is an industry-wide standard since they are sleep products.

The accessories and shipping retail costs are deducted from the promotional price of the mattress, making them at no cost during this promotion.

Accessory items and shipping costs cannot be returned/refunded and will be deducted from your mattress refund amount in the event of a return.

If you decide you would like an exchange, we will pay to ship the mattress back. However, you are responsible to pay for the upgrade (if applicable), as well as the shipping cost of your replacement mattress.

We strongly recommend opening your sleep product with a letter opener to avoid cuts or slits.

Pillows and Linens

Purchase information

Machine wash cold/warm along with like items. Line dry or tumble dry on low with low heat. Do not iron or dry-clean.

All Malouf bedding is backed by a 5 year limited warranty. This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship, with some exceptions. Email warranty@maloufhome.com to submit your claim.

All Malouf mattress protectors are backed by a 15-year limited warranty. This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship, with some exceptions. Email warranty@maloufhome.com to submit your claim.

Mattress protectors, sheets, and pillows are shipped via FedEx or UPS. Once the order is processed, you will receive an email from Organix Bed that includes your tracking information.

All bedding accessories sold from Organixbed.com are non-returnable and non-refundable. This is an industry-wide standard since they are sleep products.

If free sheets and mattress protector were received as part of a promotion and you need to return your mattress, your refund amount will be less retail cost of the sheet set and mattress protector.

Bases

Purchase information

If you purchased an adjustable base or box spring with your mattress, both items will ship together through one of our trusted "large item" freight partners.

You will receive an email from Organix Bed™ that includes the freight company's contact information and your tracking number. When your item arrives in your local area, our freight partner will contact you to schedule a delivery date and time (a window of availability) that is convenient for you.

If you purchased an adjustable base or box spring, without a mattress, the adjustable base or box spring will be shipped to your door. This will not be a full service delivery.

If you purchased an adjustable base or box spring with your mattress, the delivery crew will set up the adjustable base or box spring while setting up your new mattress. To prepare for your full service delivery, please clear the area of where you would like your new mattress set up prior to your delivery window. After setting up your new mattress, the crew will remove all waste associated with the new mattress and adjustable base or box spring; however, if you did not add Old Mattress Removal to your order at the time of purchase the crew will not dispose of your old mattress.

If you purchased an adjustable base or box spring, without a mattress, these items will be shipped to your door step. There would not be a full service delivery.
