Gel Matrix® technology provides a firm and soft mattress experience simultaneously. Many consumers believe that they must choose between a soft, comfortable mattress and a firm, supportive mattress. Unfortunately, that trade-off was a reality years ago.
Today, Gel Matrix® technology allows consumers to experience the best of both worlds. Gel Matrix® uses a series of gel columns that firmly support and align your spine. Also, to cushion any painful pressure points, the gel columns collapse to provide a comforting softness to any high-pressure areas.
Remember the hype surrounding NASA's memory foam? Believe it or not, memory foam came to the market over 50 years ago. Memory foam mattress technology is outdated. Common complaints about memory foam mattresses include (1) the body sinking into the mattress and not receiving proper support and (2) feeling hot and sweating while laying on the non-breathable material.
The Sereniti™, Tranquiliti™, and Harmoni™ mattresses addresses those problems with breathable Gel Matrix® technology and its firm yet collapsible gel column cushioning.
Also, compared to older foam-style mattresses, these with Gel Matrix® technology, are up to three times firmer and other better pressure point relief.
The Sereniti™, Tranquiliti™ , and Harmoni™ mattresses are very durable and the Gel Matrix layer has a lot to do with that. Since it won't break down from heat, moisture, or pressure, it protects the other layers that would otherwise be somewhat vulnerable. They are warranted to last up to 20 years. The gel and other materials found in the Sereniti™ , Tranquiliti™ , and Harmoni™ are of the finest quality, equaling or surpassing those used in any other mattress. You can be sure these mattresses will outlast even the most expensive mattresses. If it doesn't last 20 years, we will replace it with a new one.
The Athos™ line has a 10-year warranty no-nonsense warranty. If it changes for than 4% before 10 years, we will replace it with a new one.
No. Gel Matrix® is a non-toxic, adaptive material that is a solid that does not break down or melt.
You don't have to, but we recommend rotating the mattress 180 degrees two times within the first six months and then one time every year thereafter. If you physically cannot rotate the mattress, we do not want you to. Your 20-year warranty will stay in tact without rotating the mattress because we expect only a 4% change in your mattress over 20 years. The point of rotating your mattress is to speed up the break-in period and keep things wearing completely equal. You can also, or instead, walk on the mattress in your socks (leave the protector on it) for a few minutes for the same results as rotating it.
All of the mattresses we offer have a silica-based fire blocker with modacrylic fiber and no bio available chemicals. Completely non-toxic and safe!

Warranty, Returns, and Exchanges
Accessories, mattress protectors, sheets, and pillows are shipped via FedEx or UPS. You will receive an email from us that includes your tracking information when your item has been shipped. Mattresses, box springs and adjustable bases are shipped through one of our trusted "large item" freight partners.
Once your bed is ready for shipment, our warehouse will send you an email. Then, within 1-5 business days, you will receive an email from Organix Bed™ that includes the freight company's contact information and your tracking number. When your item arrives in your local area, Our freight partner will contact you to schedule a delivery date and time (a window of availability) that is convenient for you.
Don't worry, they will bring in your new mattress and other accessories into the room of your choice and set it up for you.

We offer a 90-day in-home trial period. We ask that customers try the bed for a minimum of 30 nights before considering a return. It is important to allow sufficient time for your body to adjust to the new sleep surface. All other products sold from Organixbed.com are non-returnable and non-refundable. If you decide you would like an exchange, we will pay to ship the mattress back. However, you are responsible to pay for the upgrade (if applicable), as well as the shipping cost of your replacement mattress. All other products sold from Organixbed.com are non-exchangeable.
